Don't fall for the buffet. Get a bit of beans, sit and brace yourself. Don't be afraid of using the red sign. You'll need it. Amazing meat. Try them all once, at least.
Estabulo was amazingly good. The food was really good and the man just kept bringing nice food again and again and again. The only downside was that we were the only ones there but we did get there early and it started to pick up as we ate. The only other thing is that some of the meats were a bit rare for my partner but they were good for me! We took advantage of their January offer and would go again!
Food is absolutely delicious-love the meat in this place. Also a great choice offered for vegetarians.
Brilliant meal, good salad bar and choice of meats. Excellent service especially from Andrea. Will definitely return
I've been to a few restaurants in this style, where perfectly cooked meat is brought out for you to devour, but I was still fairly impressed by Estabulo. It's not one of the best, lacked a bit of atmosphere, but the food was gorgeous, the staff friendly and had a surprisingly generous salad bar all wrapped up in a fairly reasonable all-in price. Everyone in my party had a good night.
Very good meal, great service! Our waiter was Bianco, lovely fellow who did his best to make me explode by making sure we didn't spend a moment without meat on my plate! All beautifully cooked to my taste (rare), with my wife's equally perfect (medium). Bianco even went and got another portion of Sirloin because the one he brought was perfect for me but too rare for my wife, so he brought a more cooked portion. Good value and great service, highly recommend!
Amazing food tastes Devine , excellent service. I don’t think there’s a better restaurant. So much choice would highly recommend.
This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for reasonable prices. Constantly well kept and with awesome atmosphere. Highly recommended.
The food for meat eaters was excellent. However one member of our party was a vegetarian (my Husband) the meal he had was poor. The staff were very apologetic and did not charge for his meal and gave him a free dessert. I can't wait to go back, however I'm not sure I could convince my Husband to take me!
You can't go without comparing to the other place over by the train station, having been to both I'm feeling good about this review. This is a 4 star restaurant with a 5 star dinner, I found the meat tonight to be excellent, full of flavour and, if you like it rare, perfectly cooked. The salad bar, although not as extensive, was superb. The wine excellent and not unreasonable for a city centre restaurant. Parking was easy, mid week evening in late November, which might have helped. The only things I could put it down on, and this is if you're viewing the entire experience with a very critical eye, the wall covering is beautiful, but needs some patches, the napkins could be better, and the desert menu was nothing really to add to the main dinner and it felt like an afterthought rather than a commitment to extending the dining experience. All in all, a very pleasant night out with the good lady, left happy, full, slightly tipsy, and with a firm commitment to be tempted to return on a weekend.
The welcome here is always very warm, the staff are friendly and the food is outstanding. I'd recommend going for Sunday lunch as it's best value then. I particularly recommend the sausages and pork belly. Apparently the steak's brilliant too, though I'm not really a steak fan. Great range of food, some lovely drinks (there's a full bar so they can do cocktails, mocktails etc) and a lovely environment. If going to the one near Quarry Hill/Leeds College of Music, park in the Quarry Hill Car Park behind the playhouse - again, on a Sunday, it's not expensive. Only downside is that I'm not aware of level access - you have to walk down a flight of stairs inside.
