You can't go without comparing to the other place over by the train station, having been to both I'm feeling good about this review. This is a 4 star restaurant with a 5 star dinner, I found the meat tonight to be excellent, full of flavour and, if you like it rare, perfectly cooked. The salad bar, although not as extensive, was superb. The wine excellent and not unreasonable for a city centre restaurant. Parking was easy, mid week evening in late November, which might have helped. The only things I could put it down on, and this is if you're viewing the entire experience with a very critical eye, the wall covering is beautiful, but needs some patches, the napkins could be better, and the desert menu was nothing really to add to the main dinner and it felt like an afterthought rather than a commitment to extending the dining experience. All in all, a very pleasant night out with the good lady, left happy, full, slightly tipsy, and with a firm commitment to be tempted to return on a weekend.
The food was delicious, tender, beautifully cooked, and served by friendly people. It's a really relaxed atmosphere in a smart, well run restaurant. Would definitely recommend, there were 8 of us and despite the place being packed the service was great. Very nice decor really feel relaxed and worth it !!
This place is simply amazing, I had my birthday there with my friends and they all love it. Good vibes and MEAT! meat lover I am. They also do vegan food. Helpful and kind stuffs helped my friend. And they sang birthday song in which language although I couldn’t figure out but it’s AMAZING, thank you for the lovely cake.
Great selection of meats, good salad bar. The staff are all friendly and attentive (and there are plenty of them too!). Good clear allergy advice and even gluten free beers.
Amazing meats, and variety on the salad bar. Very reasonable prices, we had a few lovely cocktails each and were happily surprised by the bill! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Emmanuel (I think that was his name) we would definitely recommend and definitely will be going back!
Absolutely amazing! We went for our anniversary meal, we ate far to much but it was worth every penny. We loved the fact they bring the meat straight from the kitchen to your table and carve it fresh. If you don't get meat sweats here then your doing it wrong! Far to busy enjoying the company and food to take any pictures! It's an all you can eat dream!
Ready to explode! So much to eat and everything is so delicious. The salad bar is more than enough to fill you. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff
Truly excellent quality making for a special meal out. However, the high prices will make this a once in a while spot. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Went for Christmas meal with work, first visit was really impressed. Great selection at salad bar and meat to die for.... especially the steak. Tip: go when you are really hungry as so much to eat. Well worth the money 🙂
Fantastic Rodizio style eaterie. Beautiful decor and lovely ambience makes for a wonderful dining experience. Terrific service too.
The welcome here is always very warm, the staff are friendly and the food is outstanding. I'd recommend going for Sunday lunch as it's best value then. I particularly recommend the sausages and pork belly. Apparently the steak's brilliant too, though I'm not really a steak fan. Great range of food, some lovely drinks (there's a full bar so they can do cocktails, mocktails etc) and a lovely environment. If going to the one near Quarry Hill/Leeds College of Music, park in the Quarry Hill Car Park behind the playhouse - again, on a Sunday, it's not expensive. Only downside is that I'm not aware of level access - you have to walk down a flight of stairs inside.
First visit. A good experience. Great service and delicious food. Good value too. Can't wait for another visit. Brilliant 👍😀
