Restaurant terms and conditions
Dining
• Guests are expected to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to dining.
• The Manager’s decision is final. We reserve the right to refuse service.
• Dress code: Smart casual. Service may be refused if the dress code is not adhered to.
• For health and safety reasons, food may not be taken off the premises.
• Wastage policy: Excessive food wastage may incur a supplementary charge to your final bill.
• Estabulo accepts no liability for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
• Booking times: A grace period of 15 minutes applies. If you are running late, please call the restaurant. We reserve the right to cancel or shorten your booking if you arrive late.
• Reservations for groups of 8 or more may be cancelled if no card details are provided to secure the booking.
• All reservations must be secured with card details. A secure link will be sent via text message. If card details are not provided within 24 hours of booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
• Deposits and charges: No deposit is taken when booking. A fee of £10 per person will apply for no-shows. Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
• Changes to reservations: If a reduction in guest numbers is not communicated at least 72 hours in advance, we may charge for the absent guests. Increasing a booking may not be possible due to availability.
• Table allocation: Table times are limited to 1 hour 45 minutes. We appreciate your cooperation to accommodate other guests waiting to be seated.
Payments
• Scottish bank notes are not accepted in England-based restaurants.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, card, or gift vouchers purchased via our official website. We do not accept external promo codes, coupons, or discounts.
• To support cashless payments, a 10% discretionary service charge is added to the bill. Please inform your server if you wish to remove it.
• An optional £1 donation to the Zizi Foundation may be added to the bill. Please ask if you wish to remove this.
Head Office Policies
• Estabulo reserves the right to remove any offer or discount without prior notice.
• Menu prices may be changed at any time.
• All promotions, discounts, and offers apply to the food portion of the bill only, unless otherwise stated.
• The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• Complaints: Complaints must be submitted within 10 days of your dining experience. All complaints are investigated using CCTV footage and discussions with the on-site manager.

Valid for redemption Monday to Thursday only.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Expiry: 1 Month expiry from date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.

Valid for redemption Sunday to Thursday only.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Expiry: Can be viewed on the voucher.. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
Not valid on special occasions (e.g., Father’s Day).
Can be redeemed on full-price items only
Redeemable at any Estabulo location.
Multiple vouchers may be used together.
Vouchers can be used multiple times until fully redeemed, including against the full bill.

All Vouchers
Redeemable only at Estabulo restaurants in the UK.
Vouchers are purchased for the brand, they cannot / are not purchased per location
Electronic vouchers are sent via email.
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers are forfeited without refund or exchange.
Vouchers cannot be used with external promo codes, coupons, or other discounts.
Voucher purchase does not guarantee a reservation; bookings are subject to availability. Reservations for groups of 9+ require completion of a booking form.
Vouchers may be used as full or partial payment for goods and services at UK Estabulo restaurants.
Payments made with vouchers are non-refundable in cash.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced.
Vouchers can only be redeemed at the brand/location stated on the voucher.

Offers & Discounts
10% Discount
Available for NHS, Blue Light Cards, Defence cards, hospitality workers, and students.
Valid Monday to Thursday.
Excludes bank/public holidays and special events (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day).
Discount applies to up to 4 guests per booking.
Deducted from the food portion of the bill only.
Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Discount has no cash value.
Only applicable to full-price menus.
Please inform staff upon arrival if using this discount.
The company reserves the right to change, amend, or remove offers without notice.
Evidence may be required for hospitality discounts (e.g., work ID, payslip).
Industry Cards
The company reserves the right to amend or remove any industry card offers without prior notice.
The card must be presented on arrival and at payment to redeem offers.
Cannot be used with other offers.
Only one offer/discount per booking.
Excludes special occasions or events (e.g., Valentine’s Day).
Offers/discounts have no cash value.
Only available on specified days/times; cannot be applied outside these.
National Burger Day T&C’s
National Burger Day T&Cs
Entries close at 10pm on 24/08/25. One winner will be selected at random as part of the prize draw.
The prize includes a table for the winner plus three friends to receive the Estabulo Burger each, plus a selection of side dishes from the new a la carte menu, free of charge.
The prize is redeemable from the Estabulo restaurants in Aberdeen, Leeds, Barnsley, Wakefield or Norwich and must be redeemed before 30/09/25, subject to restaurant availability.
The chosen winner will be contacted directly by @estabulorestaurants via direct message. Please note, we will not ask for card details.
Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The winner will be drawn and contacted on 26/08/2025. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry is free. Open to residents of the UK aged over 18.
Employees of Estabulo and their family members are not eligible to win.
The winner has until midnight on 29/08/2025 to claim the prize from the promoter by return direct message. If the winner fails to respond after three attempts at contact, a new winner will be drawn.
We reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our control change, and in that event, no financial compensation would be payable by Estabulo
